Cleaning and sanitation dosing
Cleaning and sanitising programs depend on dosing each chemical at the right strength, every time. A water-driven injector meters concentrate in proportion to flow, so the strength stays consistent without hand-measuring. MixRite and Dosmatic injectors cover small, precise doses through to high-flow applications, and AquaBlend injectors suit cleaning water pipelines, treating water and creating foam. Foam cleaning and equipment sanitation
The HydroFoamer and HydroSprayer are portable, non-electric hose-end units, widely used to support general sanitation including on food processing equipment. The HydroFoamer lid gives a thick foam that clings for a longer soak time, and the HydroSprayer lid gives a fine mist suited to no-rinse sanitisers and covering large areas. Concentrate is mixed only as it is applied, and there is nothing to install: fill the concentrate container and connect to a water source. Chemical compatibility
Chemicals are dosed subject to the compatibility of the injector’s seals. AquaBlend Xtreme is designed to handle both liquid chemicals and wettable powders, with a published list of compatible cleaners that includes citric acid, phosphoric acid, peracetic acid (5% or less), hydrogen peroxide and chlorine (500 ppm or less). Chemilizer offers Silicone and Viton components for resilience against harsh chemicals. Our team will match the injector and seal material to your chemical.
Process water treatment
MixRite pumps suit water purification and disinfecting water lines, and AquaBlend injectors are designed for treating water. Chemilizer performs well at low flow rates, and its diaphragm water motor is unaffected by sand or mineral content in the water, with no need for water filtration. What chemicals can be dosed?

Do I need to filter the water for a dosing pump?
Debris in the supply wears the parts that do the measuring, so a filter upstream is the simplest protection. The Twist II Clean is a self cleaning stainless steel filter that backwashes in under 20 seconds without shutting off the water. Chemilizer’s diaphragm water motor is unaffected by sand or mineral content, with no need for water filtration.
