How to Identify the Part You Need
The fastest way to get the right part first time is to tell us three things:
- The model number. Usually moulded into the body or printed on a label on the unit.
- What the unit is doing. A description of the fault is often enough for us to identify the part without a strip down.
- A photograph. A clear photo of the unit and its label saves a great deal of back and forth.

Repair or Replace?

There is a point where it stops making sense, usually where the body itself is damaged or the model is long superseded. We will tell you when a unit is genuinely beyond economical repair rather than selling you parts for something that should be replaced.
Fitted and Tested by Us
If you would rather not do the work yourself, we can. Units sent to us are rebuilt and then run under live water conditions before they go back, so the dose is verified rather than assumed.
